Facit have a new industrial strategy to make homes as products, Their plug-and-play manufacturing technology is compact and portable, producing engineered timber building components on-demand at any site. Each micro-factory can manufacture up to 100 homes per year, dramatically reducing CO2 within construction to make climate positive homes for the future.​​​​​​​
The project included brand strategy, naming , logo and full brand identity, art direction animation and communications to make their mark in the emerging world of digital fabrication.

Following impressive year-on-year growth, Facit have secured investment  with multiple partners to launch their products & technology throughout the UK & Europe.

The founders recognised the importance of building a brand raising the valuation ready for the investment and growth.
