A new refreshed visual identity for the UK's leading insurer. Direct line has been an iconic brand for decades. In years past, the red phone mascot became so distinctive the rest of the brand fell behind. 
The challenge was to update the iconic red phone and build a brand design system fit for the modern age.
Directline solves insurance problems in the quickest most efficient way. Dynamic active and full of energy, the refreshed brand identity reflects their new brand proposition "Were On It". 
Bold, full of confidence and attitude - it's about getting things done. Starting with remodeling the iconic red mobile phone character. 
  
Graphik Line. A new custom typeface that's full of speedy character.  Italicised angular cuts echo the logo and line, created for bold TVs spots and designed for digital motion.
